Why Has Acting President Osinbajo Not Been Allowed To Swear In The New Ministers?

Why has Acting President Osinbajo not been allowed to swear in the new Ministers that were cleared by the Senate? Who is stopping him?
Again first it was Junaid Mohammed and now it is the Northern Elders saying that he cannot take over in 2019. Are southerners slaves in Nigeria?
Meanwhile Lere Olayinka has asked the following pertinent questions and said that they should bother Nigerians.
"1. Acting President Yemi Osinbajo is yet to swear in new ministers cleared two weeks ago, why?
2. Acting President Yemi Osinbajo is yet to sign 2017 Budget passed last week, why?
3. Politicians approaching the Army to "stage coup", who are these politicians and where are they from?
4. Hope Democratic Party ( HDP) has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to nullify the 2015 presidential election, what is the motive?"
These are vital questions and someone needs to answer them fast!
Meanwhile I appeal to the cabal that runs Nigeria, namely Babagana Kingibe, Mamman Daura, Ismaila Isa Funtua, Mahmoud Tukur, Sani Zangon Daura, Ango Abdullahi and a small handful of others, to "let my people go" before it is too late.
Every Pharaoh and every Herod has a bitter end and will be asked to account for his actions by God.
Buhari is NOT Nigeria and Nigeria is NOT Buhari.
